Happy New Years to all

2009 is coming weather you want it to or not. Whats your resolution for next year? I have one for myself... ride MORE. That's easy so I will spice it up, and say "I want to ride faster and longer, but more importantly keep the joy that I get from riding my bike so that the sport is still in my life years down the rode." 2009 will be a big year for me on many levels, so I hope they mesh well with one another, and I won't know how it will all play out until May like two weeks before Iola.
On a purely cycling note waiting to hear back from a acceptance to a new sponsor with all the details, but more on all that when I know for sure that I have got them on board for next year.

The last few days and days to come will have me traveling down these trails more often then not. The trails are slow and lack the snow of last year, but it's better then nothing. Besides the trainer is hard to hit everyday and stay motivated on.

Hunter on our morning walk

This has been the norm around here ride in the morning take the dog out for a walk then get stuff done before getting him out for another walk and heading to the ski trails around 2 and meeting up with my father for a little skiing. The bike is almost ready for the up coming season just need a cassette and maybe a rigid fork which would be a big change for me but I had been riding the fork locked out toward the end of the season, so it just comes down to where I can sacrifice money to afford the fork. Maybe less bar would be the place to start or get a job next semester.
